5. Payments

6. Digital Product Acknowledgement

- you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to resolve any issue
7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course, access is provided immediately upon purchase.
We offer a conditional 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate a good-faith effort to engage with the course material. This may include:
- completing a meaningful portion of the course content
- applying or attempting to apply the concepts taught
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to: support@systematicstorytelling.com
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there has been insufficient engagement with the course or where these Terms have been violated.
If a refund is approved:
- access to the course will be revoked
- downloaded materials may not be retained or used
We are committed to reviewing all requests fairly and in good faith.
8. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:
- these Terms are violated
- course materials are shared or redistributed
- abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs
